On Monday, Romeo Beckham wowed fans with his first ever magazine cover.

The rising model could be seen starring on the cover of men’s Italian fashion magazine, L’Uomo Vogue, which translates to Vogue Man.

The 18-year old’s posy pictures clearly show where he gets his good looks from, heavily resembling his famous parents, David, and Victoria Beckham. Inheriting his dad’s height and mothers’ cheekbones, it’s no wonder that he’s ended up modelling.

Despite his good looks, it does bring up an argument. Has Romeo only got this far within modelling due to his famous parents? Growing up with parents with all the right contracts is obviously beneficial, with Romeo getting his first modelling gig at just 10 years old. He’s had a place in the industry ever since.

This argument comes up a lot surrounding children who eventually follow in their famous parents footsteps, but do they actually hold the same talents? Actors and actresses are always under heat if their talent doesn’t match their parents.

L’Uomo’s editor in chief, Emanuele Farneti revealed this about their decision to put Romeo on the cover, “We didn’t ask Romeo because he has famous parents. He’s a high-profile young man with no airs and graces and a genuine youthful enthusiasm for playing with his look.” His parents both took to social media to express how “proud” they were of their son, sharing pictures of the shoot. Dad David said, “What an incredible first cover.”

It seems that Romeo Beckhams modelling career is only going to grow from now on.
