The Met Gala 2021

The met gala is usually every year on the first Monday in May but this year because of the corona virus it was delayed and landed right in the middle of fashion week which has been the most stressful time for the designers and writers. It is held as the metropolitan museum of art in New York city every year. And the theme this year was ‘American independence’. There have been unreal outfits this year and we are going to be talking about our favourite five from this year.

Emma Chamberlain This was her first ever gala and she pulled through. She was wearing all Louis Vuitton which was all made from jewels. Amazing.

Iman When I saw this I was speechless. She met the theme and looked outstanding. She was wearing Dolce and Gabbana and Harris Reed.

Dan Levy I loved this. The big sleeves, the colour, the boots and just everything is fabulous. He was wearing Loewe and Cartier jewellery.

Lil Nas Why have one look when you can have three. The first outfit was a cloak the second was armour and the third was a sparkly one piece which was beautiful and actually unique and out there. He was wearing Versace.

Lili Reinhart This was just beautiful and so elegant. The flowers were bright and full of life, and she looked just perfect. She was wearing Christian Siriano and Jimmi Choo.
