Tottenham vs Chelsea was a game not to be missed, as there was plenty of drama both on and off the pitch.

A 1-1 draw saw a penalty shootout end in a Tottenham victory. Frank Lampard and Jose Mourinho exchange some passionate words, and Eric Dier claims, “Nature called” as he ran off the pitch mid-game.
The game itself in the 90 minutes was very even, we saw Timo Werner get his first Chelsea goal in the 19th minute of proceedings, a clever two-touch finish into the bottom right corner from the edge of the box. Before, Eric had an impact on the game equalising after a well worked move ending with a Sergio Reguilon debut assist that being a precise cross for Lamela to touch down and slot into the same bottom right corner.
A spat between Frank Lampard and his former manager saw Mourinho shout aggressive language as well as “when you’re losing 3-0 you’re not stood up here,” replying to a heated conversation, Lampard said “shut up Jose”
However, the most talked about thing about last night’s game was Eric Dier and his claim that “Nature called” as he sprinted off the pitch in the 76th minute to take care of business. An angry Jose Mourinho followed him down the tunnel to inspect what was happening, quickly realised what was taking place and returned to the sidelines. Followed a minute later by Dier himself, when the game ended Dier received the Man of the Match award and he then dedicated to the toilet.
