The premier league fixtures have been released today, there are many exiting fixtures going ahead early on in the season, including Leeds United v Manchester United on the opening day!
The Premier League fixtures have been released today, and the big fixtures are grasping everyone's attention. There are big games pretty early on in the season, with Leeds United taking on Manchester United on the opening day at Old Trafford. Another big opening day fixture will take place at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium, when they welcome the premier league holders. A London derby will also take place on August 14th with Prem newcomers welcoming Arsenal to their new stadium.
The second matchday sees another London Derby, again including Arsenal, when they welcome Chelsea to the Emirates. Wolves new head coach Bruno Lageis set for a difficult beginning to life at the club, with his first three league games being Leicester, Spurs and Manchester United, with only the opener being on home soil.
Premier League newcomers Norwich also have a very difficult opening month facing Liverpool at home on the opening day, followed by City away, Leicester away and Arsenal away all in chronological order.
Liverpool face Chelsea in the third gameweek, but other than a visit to Leeds the following week, Liverpool have a fairly easy opening couple of months. Having to wait till November 30th for a Merseyside derby, away.

Thomas Tuchels Chelsea side have a fairly difficult opening couple of months with Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs away all within the first two months, as well as a visit from current League holders, City at the end of September.
City themselves don't have the easiest start to the Premier League season, visiting Spurs on the opening day, with a visit from Arsenal soon to follow. As well as trips to Leicester and Chelsea all within the opening two months. Having to wait till November for a Manchester derby, travelling across the city to Old Trafford at the beginning of the month.
United have a visit from rivals Leeds on the opening day, but other than that they have a fairly easy start to the season, facing only one team in European football in the opening months, in the form of West Ham United on the 18th of October.
West Ham United secured European football last campaign, and will no doubt be hoping to build on that triumph in the 21/22 season. They start the season with a trip to the Magpies, shortly followed by visits from Leicester and Palace completing the opening month of the season. The first month of the season will give football fans across the country an idea of what West Ham are going to do this season. With many fans currently curious, wondering if last season was a one off. If they do come flying out the traps early on in the season, it will let the footballing world know they are not a force to be reckoned with.
With Yorkshire representatives running bare in the premier League following the relegation of Sheffield United Leeds will be hoping to build on a fairly successful first season back. After a trip to Old Trafford on the opening day they face a fairly difficult opening few months, playing both Liverpool and West Ham in the second month of the season.
